Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, Sandeep Dillon, will share ideas and recipes that will help you feel your best going into warmer months! You will also get to learn how to make a scrumptious salad with lots of healthy fats and proteins using spices for flavor.

Sandeep became a licensed dietitian in the state of New York and worked clinically with patients in Harlem after completing her graduate studies.
Sandeep now works one-on-one with clients struggling with body image and binge eating issues as well as those seeking to reach their most optimal health. She continues to practice yoga and mindful living and is excited to spread the message of self-love and acceptance to all of her clients.
