Cancellation Policy for Lotus Home Wellness Center and Spa:
At Lotus Home Wellness Center and Spa, we strive to provide our clients with the utmost relaxation and rejuvenation experience. To ensure the smooth scheduling of appointments and to accommodate the needs of all our valued clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Single Services (e.g., Massage or Facials):
Cancellation with more than a 24-hour notice: If you wish to cancel, a $25 administration fee will be charged. You may reschedule your appointment for free or receive a gift voucher for future services.
No-show or cancellation after the 24-hour window: No refund will be provided.
Group Packages or Retreats:
Cancellation with more than a 48-hour notice: If you wish to cancel, a $50 administration fee will be charged. You may reschedule your appointment for free or receive a gift voucher for future services.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment: No refund will be provided.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are transferable but not refundable.
